Bio: I have thrived in the commercial real estate business full time in upstate NY and the northeast for 42 years.  My Wife Kate and I are happily married for 44 years with two grown children (and 6 grand children so far).

We are natives of Upstate NY, we are both active professionally and socially.  We feel that our area offers a unique environment.  We are blessed with great resources: educational, medical, moderate cost of living, clean air and good neighbors. 

We are both working and playing as usual with the fast paced world in which we all live.  We love to travel, we've toured parts of the EU and southern Mexico.  The picture was taken beneath Yosemite Falls.  We love the seasons and find ways to enjoy all 4, with gardening, tennis, snowshoes and skis.
